Whether the format of IIT-JEE exam need modfication or not?

In India, there are nearly more than 3500 engineering colleges including private, self aided and govt. colleges. The no. of engineering graduates is 1.2 lakh approx. per year from these colleges. Some 20 years back, engineering was a dream for many people due to less no. of colleges. Today anyone can study engg. course. Whoever scoring good marks in their state board exams, they are getting chance to study in the top colleges in their respective states. If they want to join IIT, they have to write special exam. Why cannot he/she (who are toppers in board exam) crack IIT-JEE exam? It is because of the different syllabus following in schools in each state. Hence first, govt has to initiate to make uniform syllabus in board exams. Or try to remove the different boards (ICSE, CBSE etc.) in India. Then they have to interfere the prestigious exams like JEE. Until making uniformity in board exams, it is unfair to take weightage of board exams (now govt planning of giving weighatage to 20-30 % . for board exam marks). As per statistics, currently some of the IIT and IIM are there among top 20 institutions in the world. It indicates the quality of education and output of this institution. Joint Admission Board (JAB) has been conducting the IIT entrance test for 5 decades. The IIT selection process has always more reliable. It is the senate’s academics that have made the entrance test, a level playing field and build the IIT brand for last 50 years. They have kept the selection process so patently fair and there is no interference especially from politicians and top govt. officials. If you have eligible score, then only u will get admission. There is no recommendation from anywhere and there is not management quota like that. Even president or PM’s son want to study also need a JEE score. If there is any change in quality of IIT exam, then we cannot see the any Indian institution among top 100 also. So my view is IIT-JEE exam should be continued. It is better, govt or ministry gives this debate for taking decision to IIT directors considering the national importance. We hope govt with IIT senate will take good decision without affecting the current quality of education in the IIT’s. Always one complaint are there on B.Tech graduates from IIT that they are settling abroad after their study and not serving to india. But govt is spending lot of money for them, I feel that It is not their problem. It is problem of India. But M.Tech and Phd''s are studying and benefitting from IITs every year. That number more than enough to serve for country. .

Ideas for improving agriculture

Now a days the main problem is the lack of cultivation of food items and it is difficult for making equilibrium in demand and supply.
If it will continue for another few years we have to import all items in future and we have to struggle for food in the drought time.
So We have to introduce modern agriculture to farmers.

We must understood that , China, japan and other countries introduced modernity in agriculture to fulfill their requiremenet. After that only they went for Infrastructure and IT development. But in India, I thing it is going in reverse.

In India now a days all good cultivating lands r converted to plots and houses and people are not getting profit in agriculture and that is why they r not interested in doing cultivation
My suggestion is:
1. We have to take the steps given by "M.S swaminathan. agri scientst for good crop production" to farmers
2. Govt should intiate to takeover the land wherever water facility is availabe to avoid food pbms in future
3, Why cannot govt give dry land to private in the free of cost (like reliance industry, TATA etc ) to do agriculture? GOvt can also give subsidy, relaxation in tax to this priveate induatry those who r coming to do agri.
They can give employment to rural youth like supervisor for tomotos,

supervisor-rice like that.

If we make tender like this, i thing private industy will also come

hi friends, I m not against Urbanisation and industrialisation.
But Instead of Making SEZ by occupying good land and giving to MNC company and givng chance to do fraud work for real estate businessman and increasing cost of living in that area, why cannot we make like this (using some dryland) to improve agriculture also in india?and I would like to see SEZ(Special Economic Zone) - for agriculture also and not only for Engineering and technolgy.
Is not it possibble?

please see the Hindu’s ‘Editorial’ page titled on “Uncertain Monsoon and Agriculture” dated 12-07-09. They have also written about current position of cultivation in India and what govt should do to improve cultivation?

last year the price of all food items ( especially seeds like blackgram, green gram, Dhal) is increased drastically. It is also due to occupation of good land for some other purpose.
SO govt should take intiation to stop the conversion of good cultivating land in to some other purpose.
I thing the third point what i mentioned in that forum is needed for india. If it will be realised then i m sure india will not have unemployment and also more chances in green revloution and for becoming developed nation.
To realise it, indian top companies should come forward to do business in agriculture directly.
(And also care should be taken that this should not affect the other farmers)

Think about china and how their economy is growing fast?
(China is giving employment directly to all family through making toys, electronics items(ie each house as small scale industry) and they are getting foreign exchange by exporting it). We able to get 16GB USB pen drive (Chinese made) for Rs350 . But actual cost is nearly 1500RS). This is due to the mass production of components and they r able to give less cost.

General:
Some fact to think……
I would like to tell some fact to think about it. In India 70% of people are living in rural areas. Those who are from rural places, many are studying in their mother tongue (Tamil medium). Out of this, can u identify how many are studying in IIM? The answer is: nobody or some countable number as per my knowledge.
Though he/she clears his written, it is very difficult to get pass in the IIM interview.
Or at least how many are studying B.tech in IIT’s? The answer is: Very less number only.
It is the situation of majority of Indian rural youths to get education in the premier Institutes.
In India, other than different languages (Tamil, Telugu, marati, Gujarat, Malayalam etc), we have this type of partiality also like Tamil medium or English medium in school and colleges and most of big people (C.V Raman, Srinivasan Ramanujam, Ratan Tata, sarabhai etc) are good in English 

 
What I am trying to say, if we want to see India in the group of developed nation, then it is in the hand of Indian rural Youths. So we try to give ideas & suggestions to them to clear their complexity and also they will get confidence by sharing our experience.

why I want to write about me in this blog?
First of all, this blog is an open diary to all. Everyone can able to read it. so i would like to share my experience with you people through this blog. I hope this message will give some inspiratiion and motivation to rural students.As a rural student what he has to do after joining any college to compete with others.
1.First we have to be strong in academically and then it is easy to develop parallely other skills.
2. Donot compromise yourself for anything by telling poverty, family problems etc
3. Be confident always and try always with respect to your capability.
